Terms of Service
1 Basics
1.1 contract
We act as a web portal and allow free access to information. Everyone can pick up the ideas and design travel programs.
1.2 products
These are daily trips for Switzerland accompanied by a guest advisor or a 14 day tour, which are currently organized by me as a private person.
1.3 Privacy
The privacy is respected. Data is stored for internal purposes only. To cash in I use with my partners Six-Payments with credit card payment processes conform to the latest 3D Secure technology and are transmitted encrypted. With the completion of the booking you only allow us a credit check with our debt collection partner.
1.4 Payment Terms
As a rule, payment by invoice (free of charge) or by credit card is possible. When paying by credit card, the amount will be charged directly to your chosen credit card. Travel expenses are to be paid immediately.

1.5 Travel documents
It counts the agreements by e-mail and other discussions, especially at arrival in Switzerland.
1.6 Insurance
For insurance the traveler is reponsible.
1.7 Entry Documents / Visas / Vaccinations / Travel Advice
The traveler is responsible for the entry documents and vaccinations. For additional costs we are not responsible. Please ask a tour operator in your country.
1.8 Complaints at once
Complaints have be done at once, to be clarified during the travel.
1.9 Trip interruption
If for any reason you have to cancel your trip early, the remaining benefits will be forfeited. A refund of unused services is excluded.
1.10 Liability
We are liable for the fulfillment of your claims as far as we can.
2. Services and prices
2.1 Services
Services are advertised on the website, or are agreed by e-mail. Only written agreements are valid. It counts always the last offer.
2.2 Price changes and price guarantee
If prices are raised for special reasons, as currency exchange rate, the new prices are valid.
2.3 Transfers and cancellations
Rebookings and cancellations are possible. The claims are settled by e-mail. A no-show is equated to a 100% cancellation.
2.5 Overbooking on site
Unfortunately, it can happen that hotels accept more bookings than they can provide. The hotels is obliged to find a solution.
2.6 Non-execution of the trip
In the exceptional case that I can not make the trip, I pass it on to other service providers.
2.8 Local fees and charges
As far as possible, I calculate the local fees and charges in my services. For additional charges, we ask you to find a solution with us. The revenue will be stated in the tax return.
3. Limitation of claims for damages
Claims for damages, regardless of the reason, become time-barred within one year.
4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
It is exclusively Swiss law applicable. Jurisdiction is Baden, Switzerland.
