When will the booking be valid?

As soon as you agree with my conditions, the booking is made.

Why a prepayment?

The prepayment of CHF 500, – is a security against “free work”. When organizing travel, a lot of the work is done during the planning process.

Is the journey included?

The journey begins at Zurich Airport or an alternatively place in Switzerland. You will be received there, we can personally clarify open questions.

Can I pay by credit card?

We have signed a distance payment contract with SIX Payment Service and you can pay our services by credit card. In Switzerland, the credit card is a common means of payment, sometimes minimum sales are required.

Of course, if you use banktransfer is more convinient.

Who cares about insurance?

Insurance is up to the travelers.

Which currency is valid in Switzerland?

In Switzerland, the Swiss franc (CHF) applies. It is also accepted Euro, but at an unfavorable rate, money exchange is recommended. There are many ATMs and Postomats where you can withdraw money.

Can I travel by private car?

The journey is planned using public transport and the Swiss Travel Pass. On request, we can also use a car. I also have access to the vehicle sharing offer Mobility.

What about the visa?

Citizens of the Schengen area and many OECD countries do not need a visa. If you need a visa, I’ll be happy to assist you with invitation documents.

Can I customize the trip?

Of course we arrange the trip according to your wishes. If it will be a lot of work, we charge for the effort. You have to assume an hourly rate of CHF 80, -.

What about the travel companion?

As far as possible and meaningful I accompany the journey. Food and accommodation costs are paid by the travelers. The travel costs of me as a guest supervisor with the public transport (except mountain railways) are included in the price.
